Vini Cali is our family vineyard on the slopes of Mt Etna, Sicily - and the soul behind the wines we serve, share, and celebrate at Locale. From tending the vines to bottling the wine, we’re hands-on from start to sip. The vineyard is run by Mario and his brother, and our wines reflect the stories, seasons, and terroir of home.

You’ll find them on the wine lists of some of our favourite restaurants – and at Locale, where we pour, talk, and share them with heart.
